Pig Out Southern Fried Chicken
•2 1/2 - 3 LB. Fryer Chicken (cut in pieces or get one that is already cut up)
•2 cups all purpose flour
•1 egg, slightly beaten
•1/2 cup milk
•2 tsps. Pig Out Chicken and Fish seasoning
1.Combine egg and milk in bowl and dip chicken in this mixture.
2.In separate bowl mix Pig Out seasoning and flour together.
3.Dredge chicken in mixture of flour and seasoning.
4.Heat 1 inch of vegetable oil in a skillet.
5.Place chicken in skillet and cook over medium heat 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, turning occasionally.
6.Enjoy this southern dish along with Pig Out Potato Salad.
